My Ballot! (Go Obama!)

My voting experience was mellow but it took forever.  I went at 9:00 AM in Los Angeles.   There were two lines at the polling place.  One was for the “Green Line” and the other was the “Orange Line”.  I was the “Orange Line”. (The one wrapping around the building!)  The Green Line was empty.  100% empty!  People started rumbling and asking questions.  Apparently the two lines were based on what street you lived on.  Still… bad planning.  Geesh.  There were people on one side just sitting at the table not doing anything and then my side which was packed.  I am so happy I voted though, I don’t even care!!  I am so excited to be part of history.  Obama will be President.  I was able to vote for the first Black American President!!  AND… I hope in my lifetime to be able to vote for the first Female President as well!  Progress baby!  Progress.  :-)   How are you feeling?  Did you vote?  Post your voting story, pictures and/or videos here!!
